Building brighter futures in Montenegro

In 2020 – the latest year for which a global estimate is available by the UN – 23.3% of youth worldwide were not in employment, education, or training. These numbers are growing.

Together with UNICEF Nederland, we’re helping to change this narrative in Montenegro, where youth unemployment rate reaches 35%. Through our TUI Academy Montenegro, we’re providing an educational and skills programme to support young people in their transition from school to work.
