TUI Junior Academy Jordan<\/h1><\/div>

TUI Care Foundation und Mentor International <\/span>starten<\/span> ein<\/span> Mentor-<\/span>Programm<\/span> f\u00fcr <\/span>mehr<\/span> als<\/span> 800 <\/span>junge<\/span> Menschen <\/span>aus<\/span> benachteiligten<\/span> Gemeinden in <\/span>Jordanien<\/span>, Deutschland und <\/span>Schweden<\/span>. Das <\/span>Programm<\/span> wird<\/span> jeweils<\/span> von den <\/span>nationalen<\/span> Mentor-<\/span>Stiftungen<\/span> durchgef\u00fchrt<\/span> und <\/span>unter<\/span> dem Dach der TUI Junior Academy <\/span>ausgerollt<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Die Initiative umfasst Schulungen, in denen die f\u00fcr die pers\u00f6nliche Entwicklung erforderlichen sozialen Kompetenzen gest\u00e4rkt werden. Diese erg\u00e4nzen die von den schulischen Lehrpl\u00e4nen abgedeckten Fachkompetenzen. Das Mentor-Programm wird an Schulen angeboten, deren Sch\u00fcler (13 bis 17 Jahre) aus sozial schwachen Gebieten kommen und in denen die Schulleistungen h\u00e4ufig hinter dem nationalen Durchschnitt zur\u00fcckbleiben.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Workshops zur St\u00e4rkung des Selbstwertgef\u00fchls, der sozialen Eingliederung und Einbindung der Eltern unterst\u00fctzen die Entwicklung junger Menschen. Sie sollen dazu beitragen, Isolation zu reduzieren, bessere Schulleistungen zu f\u00f6rdern und die Jugendlichen zu einem besseres Leben zu motivieren und unterst\u00fctzen. Die Verbesserung der Lebenschancen junger Menschen und die St\u00e4rkung ihrer Handlungskompetenzen, damit sie ihr Potential voll aussch\u00f6pfen k\u00f6nnen, ist Kern der Bildungsarbeit der TUI Care Foundation.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Mentor und die TUI Care Foundation werden vor Ort circa 100 ehrenamtliche Helfer rekrutieren, darunter auch Mitarbeiter der TUI Group, die bei den inspirierenden und motivierenden Workshops mitwirken.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Projektpartner<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Mentor International <\/span>setzt<\/span> sich<\/span> daf\u00fcr<\/span> ein<\/span>, <\/span>Jugendliche<\/span> in <\/span>ihrer<\/span> Entwicklung<\/span> zu<\/span> unterst\u00fctzen<\/span>, um <\/span>ihnen<\/span> eine<\/span> vielversprechende<\/span> Zukunft <\/span>zu<\/span> erm\u00f6glichen<\/span>. Mentor <\/span>f\u00fchrt<\/span> Programme<\/span> f\u00fcr <\/span>junge<\/span> Menschen <\/span>durch<\/span>, um <\/span>ihre<\/span> Lebenskompetenzen<\/span>, <\/span>pers\u00f6nliche<\/span> Entwicklung<\/span> und <\/span>schulische<\/span> Motivation <\/span>zu<\/span> st\u00e4rken<\/span> und <\/span>sie<\/span> vor<\/span> einem<\/span> Abgleiten<\/span> in <\/span>Risikoverhalten<\/span> zu<\/span> sch\u00fctzen<\/span>. Mentor <\/span>arbeitet<\/span> mit<\/span> ehrenamtlichen<\/span> Helfern<\/span> der Partner und <\/span>lokalen<\/span> Gemeinschaften<\/span>, um den <\/span>jungen<\/span> Menschen <\/span>starke<\/span> erwachsene<\/span> Vorbilder<\/span> zu<\/span> geben<\/span>. Mentor International <\/span>wurde<\/span> 1994 von <\/span>Ihrer<\/span> Majest\u00e4t<\/span> K\u00f6nigin Silvia von <\/span>Schweden<\/span> gemeinsam<\/span> mit<\/span> Vertretern<\/span> der <\/span>Weltgesundheitsorganisation<\/span> gegr\u00fcndet<\/span>. <\/span>Anfangs<\/span> war die <\/span>Organisation<\/span> im<\/span> Bereich<\/span> der <\/span>Drogen<\/span>\u2013 und <\/span>Suchtpr\u00e4vention<\/span> t\u00e4tig<\/span>. Mentor <\/span>ist<\/span> in Europa, den USA und den <\/span>L\u00e4ndern<\/span> des <\/span>Arabischen<\/span> Raums<\/span> vertreten<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
