TUI Futureshapers Cape Verde<\/h1><\/div>

Im Jahr 2022 wurden zwei Jugendliche aus Kap Verde ausgew\u00e4hlt, um an einer neunmonatigen Ausbildung an der Social Innovation Academy (SINA) in Uganda teilzunehmen. Nach ihrer R\u00fcckkehr in ihr Heimatland setzen sie nun ihre eigene soziale Innovationsinitiative um. Ihr Ziel ist es, die Jugend vor Ort zu st\u00e4rken und sie zu ermutigen, ihre Zukunft durch aktive Beteiligung an formalen Bildungsumgebungen selbst in die Hand zu nehmen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Hohe Jugendarbeitslosigkeit und die Abh\u00e4ngigkeit vom Tourismus machen Kap Verde besonders anf\u00e4llig f\u00fcr globale Ereignisse wie die COVID-19-Pandemie. Die Schaffung von Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen ist daher von entscheidender Bedeutung, und soziales Unternehmertum kann eine Schl\u00fcsselrolle bei der Generierung sinnvoller und nachhaltiger Besch\u00e4ftigungsm\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr die junge Bev\u00f6lkerung spielen.<\/p>\n

TUI Futureshapers Cape Verde hat zwei aufstrebenden F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften aus Kap Verde das Wissen und die F\u00e4higkeiten vermittelt, um in ihrem Heimatland die Morabeza Social Innovation Academy zu gr\u00fcnden.<\/p>\n

Zusammen mit ihrer zweiten Institution in Sansibar, die nach denselben Prinzipien gegr\u00fcndet wurde, bietet Morabeza pers\u00f6nliche Entwicklung und Zweckfindungstraining sowie Lebensberatung f\u00fcr 100 Personen an.<\/p>\n

Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die pers\u00f6nliche und berufliche Entwicklung zu f\u00f6rdern und den Teilnehmenden die F\u00e4higkeiten zu vermitteln, ihr eigenes Sozial- oder Umweltunternehmen zu leiten, das auch nach Abschluss des Projekts fortbestehen und Wirkung entfalten soll. Die finanzielle Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit der Unternehmen wird innerhalb der ersten drei Jahre der Projektdurchf\u00fchrung angestrebt, um die Nachhaltigkeit der Projektergebnisse sicherzustellen. Insgesamt sollen 22 neue Arbeitspl\u00e4tze im Rahmen des Projekts geschafft werden.<\/p>\n

Die Morabeza Social Innovation Academy ist im TUI Futureshapers House untergebracht, dem sozialen Mittelpunkt der TUI Care Foundation in Sal, der dazu beitr\u00e4gt, soziale und Umweltprobleme in unternehmerische Chancen zu verwandeln.<\/p>\n
