Das Covid-19 Relief Programme for Tourism wird durch das Bundesministerium f\u00fcr Wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung finanziert. Insgesamt 150 Teams von innovativen Jungunternehmen in Mexiko, Kenia, Indonesien und Jordanien werden durch internationale Workshops, ein Mentoring-Programm und finanzielle Zusch\u00fcsse unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eUmfangreiche Rettungsschirme, wie sie gerade in Europa aufgebaut werden, existieren in Entwicklungs- und Schwellenl\u00e4ndern selten. Aus diesem Grund gibt es einen hohen Bedarf, die Unternehmer und Unternehmerinnen vor Ort mit Trainings, Mentoring und finanziellen Zusch\u00fcssen zu unterst\u00fctzen. In vielen unserer Partnerl\u00e4nder ist der Anteil des Tourismus an der Wirtschaftsleistung \u00fcberdurchschnittlich hoch &#8211; deswegen ist es sinnvoll, dass dieser Sektor im Fokus des Programms liegt\u201c, sagt\u00a0<strong>Norbert Barthle, Parlamentarischer Staatssekret\u00e4r im BMZ.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Das Programm ist Teil der Empowering Entrepreneurship Initiative von enpact. Diese unterst\u00fctzt die teilnehmenden Unternehmen bei der Bew\u00e4ltigung der Corona-Krise. Eine Kombination aus Mentoring, Workshops, Netzwerkaufbau und finanzieller Unterst\u00fctzung zielt auf gutes Krisenmanagement, den Erhalt von Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen und die Schaffung von langfristigen Perspektiven ab.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWir sind stolz darauf, unser Programm zur Unterst\u00fctzung von jungen, innovativen Unternehmen umzusetzen und direkt dort anzusetzen, wo sie dringend gebraucht wird. Gemeinsam mit der TUI Care Foundation setzt enpact auf Gr\u00fcnder- und Unternehmensf\u00f6rderung im Sinne einer nachhaltigen Entwicklungszusammenarbeit. Wir freuen uns darauf, jungen, talentierten Menschen zu helfen, ihr\u00a0Gl\u00fcck in die eigenen H\u00e4nde zu nehmen\u201d, erkl\u00e4rt\u00a0<strong>Dr. Sebastian Rubatscher, einer der Gr\u00fcnder und Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer, enpact.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Empowering Entrepreneurship Initiative teilt sich in zwei Programme, die jeweils f\u00fcr sechs Monate mit unterschiedlichen thematischen Schwerpunkten laufen. Das erste Programm ist offen f\u00fcr 180 Unternehmen aus allen Sektoren, w\u00e4hrend sich der zweite Teil auf 150 Unternehmen im Tourismussektor fokussiert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thomas Ellerbeck, Vorsitzender der TUI Care Foundation<\/strong>: \u201eTourismus ist die Lebensgrundlage f\u00fcr Millionen von Menschen und unterst\u00fctzt aktiv die entwicklungspolitischen Zielen Deutschlands. TUI Care Foundation und enpact f\u00f6rdern innovative Unternehmerinnen und Unternehmer in Schwellen- und Entwicklungsl\u00e4ndern, um sie gest\u00e4rkt aus der Krise hervorgehen zu lassen. Damit erm\u00f6glichen wir der lokalen Tourismuswirtschaft in den Urlaubsl\u00e4ndern Zugang zu internationalen Unterst\u00fctzungsma\u00dfnahmen und helfen so Strukturen zu erhalten, die auch f\u00fcr den internationalen Tourismus essentiell sind. Mit unserer Expertise und einem globalen Netzwerk im Tourismus und in der Digitalwirtschaft werden wir innovative, junge Unternehmen vor Ort unterst\u00fctzen und zum Erfolg\u00a0der Initiative beitragen.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Der internationale Tourismus ist in der Corona-Krise fast vollkommen zum Stillstand gekommen. Damit werden die Lebensgrundlagen von Millionen von Menschen bedroht, die in dem Sektor t\u00e4tig sind. Der Tourismussektor besch\u00e4ftigt etwa einen von zehn Menschen weltweit. Damit bietet die Branche, insbesondere in Entwicklungs- und Schwellenl\u00e4ndern, Menschen unterschiedlicher Qualifikations- und Bildungsstufen eine Einkommensm\u00f6glichkeit.<\/p>\n<p>In den vergangenen Jahren hat sich die deutsche Entwicklungszusammenarbeit verst\u00e4rkt auf die Unterst\u00fctzung von Unternehmerinnen und Unternehmern in Schwellen- und Entwicklungsl\u00e4ndern fokussiert. Innovative Jungunternehmen finden lokale L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr lokale Probleme, schaffen Arbeitspl\u00e4tze und damit Zukunftsperspektiven und tragen ma\u00dfgeblich zu Besch\u00e4ftigung und wirtschaftlichem Aufschwung bei.
