In einem zweiten Treffen kamen nun Mitglieder von Youthwise in Berlin zusammen, um die Themen des Jugendaktionsplans der OECD zu er\u00f6rtern. Der Workshop brachte insgesamt 80 Teilnehmende von Youthwise und verschiedenen Organisationen zusammen, um \u00fcber Themen wie soziale Integration, Jugendbesch\u00e4ftigung, Wohlbefinden und Gesundheit zu sprechen. Die Ergebnisse flie\u00dfen direkt in Empfehlungen der OECD ein.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Youthwise wurde 2021 von der Organisation f\u00fcr wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (OECD) ins Leben gerufen, um die Rolle junger Erwachsener in der Politikgestaltung zu st\u00e4rken. In Zusammenarbeit mit der TUI Care Foundation organisiert Youthwise interaktive Workshops, die der jungen Generation Einblicke in wichtige politische Themen erm\u00f6glichen. Alle Bewerbungen f\u00fcr das Programm wurden von einer generationen\u00fcbergreifenden OECD-Jury gesichtet mit dem Ziel eine vielf\u00e4ltige und repr\u00e4sentative Gruppe junger Menschen zusammenzustellen. Die Teilnehmenden sind im Durchschnitt 24,5 Jahre alt und stammen aus 24 verschiedenen OECD-L\u00e4ndern.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend des Workshops in Berlin tauschten die Teilnehmenden Erfahrungen \u00fcber die Herausforderungen aus, mit denen junge Erwachsene in verschiedenen Bereichen konfrontiert sind und er\u00f6rterten L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze. Die Ergebnisse flie\u00dfen in die Entwicklung von Empfehlungen f\u00fcr junge Erwachsene ein, die der OECD pr\u00e4sentiert werden. In weiteren Workshops werden nun junge Menschen aus Lateinamerika und Asien eingebunden.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas Ellerbeck, Vorsitzender der TUI Care Foundation: \u201eNeue Perspektiven f\u00fcr junge Menschen zu schaffen ist zentraler Aspekt der TUI Care Foundation &#8211; und dies steht auch im Zentrum unserer Partnerschaft mit der OECD Youthwise-Initiative. Tourismus steht f\u00fcr globalen Austausch wie keine andere Branche. Das \u00dcberwinden von Grenzen &#8211; sei es auf Landkarten oder in den K\u00f6pfen- ist\u00a0 Kern des Reisens. Wahrscheinlich ist es heute wichtiger denn je, unseren Horizont zu erweitern und kulturelle Barrieren zu \u00fcberwinden. Um positive Ver\u00e4nderungen herbeizuf\u00fchren, brauchen wir eine meinungsstarke junge Generation, die mit ihren eigenen Ideen und Vorstellungen eine bessere Zukunft gestaltet. Die Youthwise-Initiative der OECD bietet daf\u00fcr einen perfekten Rahmen.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Die Unterst\u00fctzung der Youthwise Initiative durch die TUI Care Foundation ist Teil des Engagements f\u00fcr die F\u00f6rderung junger Erwachsener &#8211; ein zentraler Aspekt der Bildungsarbeit der TUI Care Foundation. TUI Academies bieten benachteiligten jungen Menschen die M\u00f6glichkeit, eine Berufsausbildung zu absolvieren und er\u00f6ffnen ihnen Chancen auf eine bessere Zukunft.
