Besonders auf der Insel Sal er\u00f6ffnet der die Reiseindustrie vielen Menschen neue Perspektiven und Einkommensm\u00f6glichkeiten. Das weltweit erste TUI Futureshaper House der TUI Care Foundation baut auf diesem Potential auf. Der jetzt er\u00f6ffnete Co-Creation Space auf Sal schafft Raum f\u00fcr die lokale Bev\u00f6lkerung, um soziale und \u00f6kologische Herausforderungen in innovative, unternehmerische L\u00f6sungen zu verwandeln. Das Futureshaper House bietet jungen Menschen, Unternehmerinnen und Unternehmern, K\u00fcnstlerinnen und K\u00fcnstlern sowie lokalen Stiftungen und Nichtregierungsorganisationen M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr gemeinsames Arbeiten und Networking. Im Zentrum werden auch Schulungs- und Entwicklungsprogramme angeboten. Teil dieser Programme sind unter anderem Mentoring und Unterst\u00fctzungs- und Trainingsangebote f\u00fcr junge Kapverdier.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Anl\u00e4sslich der Er\u00f6ffnung in Sal sagte Carlos Santos, Minister f\u00fcr Tourismus und Verkehr von Kap Verde: \u201eDie TUI Care Foundation ist ein wichtiger Entwicklungspartner f\u00fcr unser Land. Wir haben gemeinsam eine Reihe von Herausforderungen identifiziert und konkrete Ziele in Bezug auf wirtschaftliche, \u00f6kologische und soziale Nachhaltigkeit festgelegt. Neben der TUI Academy ist das TUI Futureshaper House nun eines der ersten konkreten Ergebnisse dieser Partnerschaft. Wir sind \u00fcberzeugt, dass Tourismus nur dann erfolgreich ist, wenn wir ihn auf nachhaltige Weise entwickeln. Eine nachhaltige Entwicklung die soziale, wirtschaftliche und \u00f6kologische Aspekte integriert \u2013 das ist die Vision unserer Regierung f\u00fcr den Tourismus.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Thomas Ellerbeck, Vorsitzender der TUI Care Foundation: \u201eDas TUI Futureshaper House ist etwas Einzigartiges auf den Kap Verden. Es wird zu einem Ort an dem Menschen zusammenkommen k\u00f6nnen, die ihre Vision f\u00fcr eine gute Zukunft auf Kap Verde umsetzen m\u00f6chten. Junge Menschen k\u00f6nnen im TUI Futureshaper House neue Kulturangebote und Gesch\u00e4ftsideen entwickeln und an vielf\u00e4ltigen Bildungsprogrammen teilnehmen. Das st\u00e4rkt die Menschen vor Ort \u2013 und st\u00e4rkt gleichzeitig auch die Attraktivit\u00e4t von Kap Verde als Reisedestination.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Das TUI Futureshaper House wird in Zusammenarbeit der dem lokalen Unternehmen GoHub betrieben und empf\u00e4ngt ab sofort im Zentrum von Santa Maria auch interessierte Besucherinnen und Besucher. Das erste Programm im TUI Futureshaper House ist die Morabeza Social Innovation Academy, initiiert von zwei jungen\u00a0Kapverdiern. Es bietet pers\u00f6nliche Entwicklung und Life-Coaching f\u00fcr rund 100 Teilnehmende. Das Programm f\u00f6rdert sowohl pers\u00f6nliches als auch berufliches Wachstum und bef\u00e4higt die Teilnehmenden mit den erforderlichen F\u00e4higkeiten, um eigene Sozial- oder Umweltunternehmen aufzubauen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Anschluss an die Morabeza Social Innovation Academy folgt im Fr\u00fchjahr 2024 ein Programm zur F\u00f6rderung von lokalen Stiftungen und Nichtregierungsorganisationen. Durch dieses Programm soll der dritte Sektor auf den Kap Verden gest\u00e4rkt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Das TUI Futureshaper House ist Teil des weltweiten TUI Futureshaper Programms, das derzeit zum Beispiel
